Dear Mayor, Councillors and CAO,
I wish to endorse the factual letter from Mr. Robert Blackburn of July 29th, copied below, concerning activities at the Gap as well as endorse the letter from Bill Caulfield-Browne of August 7th, 2022.
I also ask Council to take the action requested by Mr. Robert Blackburn in his letter to you of July 29th which states in part:
“This is an election year and the voters should know if individual councillors support the right of the public to use public land for the public purpose clearly set out in the zoning bylaw or whether they support the use of this public land by a neighbouring business in contravention of three bylaws, resulting in the public use of the land being taken away or greatly diminished.”
