A record-breaking number of Smiles – Tim Hortons® raises more than $12 million throughout national Smile Cookie Campaign, a new record, more than $11,400 to be donated to Bruce Peninsula Hospitals Foundation

TORONTO, OCTOBER 13, 2021 – Tim Hortons restaurant owners and millions of generous Canadians across the country combined broke a new Smile Cookie record by raising more than $12 million for local charities across the country.

This year in Hepworth and Wiarton, local Tim Hortons restaurant owners Jim, Jordie and Michelle Preston, along with their amazing staff and guests helped raise more than $11,400 to support Bruce Peninsula Hospitals Foundation. This year, Smile Cookie will assist in funding new x-ray machines ($1,020,000) for both the Wiarton and Lion’s Head Hospitals. The Wiarton and Hepworth Tim Hortons have made such a positive and lasting impact on local healthcare through this national fundraising campaign. To date $57,400 has been donated for priority hospital needs on the Bruce Peninsula through the Smile Cookie Campaign.
