On November 1, 2021, bring your Halloween jack-o’-lanterns to take part in the 2nd Annual Lion’s Head Pumpkin Parade. The event will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. starting at the Lion’s Head Beach Pavilion.
First Parade a Success
On a dark and stormy night last November 1, about 45 jack-o’-lanterns lined the pathway from the Lion’s Head Beach Pavilion to the Marina. Many locals braved the inclement weather and came out to admire the jack-o’-lanterns and show support for the 1st Annual Pumpkin Parade. Organizer Dominic Wong was thrilled with the community turnout.
Again this year, he invites community members to showcase their creativity with their Halloween jack-o’-lanterns. Even if you don’t bring a jack-o’-lantern, everyone is invited to come out to stroll along the pathway, illuminated by the lighted pumpkins.

Be Prepared for Weather
Candles will be provided for the jack-o’-lanterns. Be prepared for the vagaries of the Peninsula weather, since the event will be held whatever the weather conditions, be it snow, wind, rain or a warm autumn evening.
All attendees are asked to please wear a mask and respect social distancing measures.
