Treasurer, Teresa Shearer noted that the attached spreadsheet outlining the 2026 Community Grant Requests contains the following errors:

· Tobermory Community Garden Group – listed as a $1,000 request, but the correct amount should be $500.

· Tobermory Pickleball Club – not currently included in the spreadsheet; it should be added with a $500 request.

5. Requests for the Waiving of Fees

7. Council Report

a. Treasurer Report No. TR 25-18

Re: 2026 Community Grant Funding

Moved by Deputy Mayor Rod Anderson, Seconded by Councillor Todd Dowd

That Council receives Treasurer’s Report TR25-18 as information regarding the 2026 Municipal Community Funding requests; and

That Council approves the funding amounts of $44,250.00 in monetary grants, $32,652.00 in hall rental fee waivers, and $5,735.00 in insurance coverage; and

That Staff proceed with distributing the approved Community Funding in 2026 ahead of the budget being passed.
