On July 15th, Bruce Peninsula a cappella choral group, The Ladies of Note, performed their first summer benefit concert at the United Church in Lion’s Head. The group chose The Women’s Centre Grey Bruce as the recipient of all proceeds from the concert.
A message posted to the Women’s Centre facebook page stated: “We want to express a heartfelt THANK YOU to the ‘Ladies of Note’ who hosted a Summer Benefit Concert last night at Lion’s Head’s United Church with proceeds towards The Women’s Centre Grey Bruce programs and services. Over $850 was raised in generous donations!
Your support truly makes a difference in the lives of those we continue to serve.”
