The Friends of the Lion’s Head Library is planning to host its second Used Book Sale at the Lion’s Head Rotary Hall parking lot Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This event will help to raise funds for programs for community members, both young and old, and library equipment.
Covid-19 safety measures will be in place – please be sure to wear a mask.
Disposable gloves and hand sanitizer will be provided. Payment for books will be by donation. T-shirts, in all sizes, will also be available.
We need your used books!
Please place used books in boxes marked ‘Friends’ at the library on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Friday only. Be sure to place boxes directly against the wall in order to avoid entry/exit congestion. Sorry but we cannot accept CDs, DVDs, magazines, college/university text books or damaged books.
Our last book sale earned over $3,000! With your help we hope to exceed this amount. Hope to see you at the Friends of the Lion’s Head Library Book Sale!
