RYDALL, Neta – of Lion’s Head, peacefully at Golden Dawn Nursing Home on Tuesday August 20, 2019. The former Neta Velma Bridge at the age of 96 years. Beloved mother of Mary Ann Malott (Ron) of Stokes Bay, Wes Rydall (Lois) of Lion’s Head and Steven Rydall (Kim), of Purple Valley. Cherished grandmother of Ramie, Mike, Becky, T.J., Jenny, Cory, Justine, and Jordan; and great-grandmother of Ashley, Kelsey, and Adam. Two latest additions to the family – Atreus and Lily will have Grandma Neta to watch over them from heaven. Devoted sister of Mildred Lobban, Francis McGibbon, Allene Rydall, Alan Bridge, Kathleen Lougheed, Ruth Drodge, Bernice Drodge and Eleanor Fries. Remembered and loved by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Wesley and Rebecca; husband James “Jim” (1994); brothers Carman Bridge, and Larry Bridge; sisters, Betty Fosty, and Dorothy Lyons and Clara Wakeman. A service to celebrate Neta’s life was conducted from the Thomas C. Whitcroft Peninsula Chapel, 272 Berford St., Wiarton (519) 534-5341 on Monday August 26, 2019 at 1 o’clock.
