McCUTCHEON, Eldon Robert – suddenly at his Georgian Bluffs home on Saturday September 23, 2023 at the age of 67 years. Devoted husband and best friend of Dawn (nee Miller) for almost 48 years. Loving father of Michelle McCutcheon, of Georgian Bluffs, and Colleen McCutcheon and her husband Terry Stewart, of Heidelburg. Dear brother of Murray and his wife Sharon, of Waterloo, Dennis and his partner Edith Davis, of Balmy Beach, and Carole and her husband Brian Ainsley, of Wiarton; and brother-in-law of Pauline McCutcheon, of Balmy Beach, Stephen Miller (Bev), of Miller Lake, Lauren Miller (partner Ian Lamont), of Owen Sound, Sandy (Kevin Walsh), of Miller Lake, and Karen (Bruce Fisher), of Northern Bruce Peninsula. Sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Eldon’s family received visitors at the Thomas C. Whitcroft Peninsula Chapel, 272 Berford St., Wiarton (519) 534-5341 on Wednesday September 27, 2023 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life occurred on Thursday from 12:30 – 4 PM at the family home, with a Time of Sharing at 2 o’clock. Private family interment in Oxenden Cemetery.
