Christmas is less than two weeks away and if you are like many people, you have left your Christmas shopping to the last minute! No need to worry we have plenty of gifts that also give back to the environment.
Gifts to Preserve the Environment
Proceeds from all of our gift options: Raffle Tickets, EcoAdventures gift certificates, memberships and donations go toward the many projects that the Bruce Peninsula Biosphere Association (BPBA) funds to preserve our environment. Some of the projects include Bayside Astronomy, Water quality projects at Albemarle Brook, Karst Studies to better understand ground water flows in our Karst riddled landscape, Community Climate Action, Red-headed Woodpecker, Phragmites Removal and Bioremediation.
Stocking Stuffers for the Outdoor Cyclist, Reader, Art lover or Adventurist
For the enthusiastic bike rider who likes to go for long rides, a raffle ticket for a first prize snazzy 2021 Siana Aurora Folding E-bike from Bikeface Cycling Inc. would make the perfect gift. There is also a chance to win three other amazing prizes: a beautiful framed painting “Dyer’s Bay” donate by local artist Suzanne Dyke, a Kindle e-reader and an Eco-Adventures Gift card. Tickets are just $10 each and can be purchased at several local stores and events. Please email biospherekellyb@gmail.com for locations and more information.
